Everything was excellent, but a few employees were extremely rude. A safe, television and a mini fridge bar were available in my twin/double room. Stunning remote location very close to the mountain and several hiking trails. Variety of food options adjacent to the venue.

Everything was simply perfect. This hotel was great place for exploring Sarajevo, loved it and venue's accommodating staff at Welness reception desk. The food was outstanding with lots of choice❤

Terrific stay. Food was decent, very professional staff, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. Lots of cheese and pastries at breakfast.

Overall an incredible stay - great value, considering prices in other hotels. I loved all the hotel offered : neat beds and very efficient staff. Room was en suite, with a personal bathroom. Hearty breakfast, amazing service.

The staff was kind and the food was amazing. Restaurant was close to the hotel and they provided Halal meals. Loved the room, it was spacious and exquisitely decorated.
